Welcome to Kachina Properties we are locally owned sole proprietorship by a husband and wife team who are very "hands-on" in the business. We have owned apartments in the UNM area for over 20-years and recently moved into the exciting Downtown market with our latest addition, Tower Plaza. The largest of our properties have on-site, residence managers. Our goal is to provide clean, well-maintained and affordable housing for students and for downtown apartment/loft dwellers.
